DAY IN THE LIFE – NEWBORN
Lifestyle/Day in the Life Newborn Photography differs from Fine Art Newborn photography in that it takes place in your home. There is no posing of the baby or any other family members – just an hour or two spent documenting everyday life with this amazing new little person. It is photography at it’s most natural and raw. I’ll catch you feeding baby, playing with baby, napping with baby and all those lovely cuddles in between!
These sessions take place in your home and generally happen anytime from 0-12 months and are completely candid.

A DAY IN THE LIFE -FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
As a mum and wife I’ve had those moments… when we are just doing something very everyday…sitting round the table, out for a walk, reading a bedtime story where I wish to myself that I could freeze this moment and pocket it away…to pull out another day and just remember…
These aren’t life changing moments…there isn’t anything epic or out of the ordinary happening…but they are life shaping moments…they are stolen glances, hugs that get interrupted much too soon, scraped knees, muddy puddles, tears, smiles…they are us…
The photos I love from my childhood aren’t the communion day photos where we are all lined up in our finery – but the ones where someone caught my sister and I playing dolls or bedtime cuddles with my dad.
This is isn’t a portrait session but rather a “day in the life” session where I will come and spend a morning or an afternoon documenting whatever it is that happens in front of me…you just being you, together. No posing, no staged shots.
All too soon those snotty kisses will have vanished as your daughter heads off to college and the little man who struggled to reach his raggedy teddy will be towering over you at 6ft something!
I won’t lie – I want these photos to make you cry happy, nostalgic tears in the years to come…photos that, while maybe cost a bit to have taken are priceless to look back on.
